Fellow contributor Peter Anderson (Shadow Viking) herein illustrates his enthused philhellenism with his depiction the dank and bloodstained chamber located at the heart of legendary Cretan labyrinth in which the monstrous minotaur, a fearsome beast of Greek Mythology, is incarcerated. Infiltrating Daedalus’ winding maze is Athenian hero Theseus on a mission to slay the beast. Let’s hope he can find a sword sometime soon with which to commit the slaughter.
